Chris Todter

SIERRA VISTA, AZ — 12/1/08 — Chris has been involved in a wide variety of engineering , R & D, and management positions since graduating as an electrical engineer from the University of Michigan. This included design, development, and manufacturing support for aircraft and missile transducers and instrumentation while with Bendix Guidance Systems. This was followed by a position as engineering manager in a startup company that developed the world’s first laptop computer.

He has also been involved in several America’s Cup yachting campaigns as technical director and chief analyst, helping develop innovative solutions, understanding and leading edge tools for the hydrodynamics, aerodynamics, structural aspects of these programs.

He has had an on-going consulting business for more than 20 years providing scientific, engineering, electronic, software services for a long list of clients and industries, mostly in new product development stages, and has several patents to his credit.
